We are honored to serve as Conference Co-Chair for NETNOCON24! Since its inception, Labcom has been a committed supporter of NETNOCON, the premier annual conference uniting netnographers from across the globe and across disciplines.

Launched and chaired in 2023 by Robert Kozinets and co-chaired by Ulrike Gretzel, Rossella Gambetti, Alex Fenton, and Cristina Vasilica, NETNOCON has rapidly become the leading academic forum for exploring netnography.

In 2024, LABCOM organized and hosted NETNOCON at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, strengthening its role as a hub for cutting-edge netnographic research.

The conference, chaired by Robert Kozinets and co-chaired by Ulrike Gretzel, Rossella Gambetti, Silvia Biraghi, Angela Beccanulli and Aleksej Heinze, brought together leading scholars and experts from diverse fields, including marketing, sociology, communication, anthropology, and digital studies. The event featured a dynamic program exploring:
