Rossella Gambetti is a Research Fellow at the Jane and Hans Hufschmid Chair of Strategic Public Relations and Business Communication, a position jointly held by USC Annenberg School and Marshall School of Business, under the direction of Prof. Robert V. Kozinets. In this role, Rossella has collaborated closely with Prof. Kozinets to develop and enhance the premier "Influencer Relations" course in the US academic landscape. Additionally, she has conducted netnographic research and honed her skills by working with and exchanging insights with leading global scholars in the field of netnography.

Since 2009, Rossella Gambetti has launched and directed the Summer Study Program in "Public Relations, Event Management, and Interactive Marketing Communications," in collaboration with Prof. Steve Quigley and the International Relations Office at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. The program celebrated its 14th edition in 2024. Silvia Biraghi, who has served as a visiting scholar at Boston University's College of Communication, has co-coordinated the Summer Study Program with Rossella Gambetti since its inception.
Northwestern University - Medill School of Journalism, Evanston, Chicago.
Rossella Gambetti and Silvia Biraghi have been visting scholars at the Medill School of Journalism at NU, Chicago, in 2013 to conduct field research on consumer brand engagement along with Prof. Don E. Schultz, Chair of Integrated Marketing Communications.
MSL Italia (Publicis Groupe).
Labcom established a long-term partnership with MSL Group at the launch of the International Postgraduate Master in Corporate Communication in 2011. MSL, initially with Leo Burnett, has supported and co-designed the program for over 13 years, positioning it as a leading postgraduate reference for communication careers in agency and corporate sectors. This partnership has consistently helped place graduates in top junior communication roles in Milan and beyond, including positions like account manager, strategist, social media manager, and brand manager.
ESOMAR.
Labcom has established a long-term partnership with ESOMAR started in 2016 aimed at co-designing and realizing together an annual conference event dedicated to debate the most important and impactful trends in market research, with a special focus on qualitative research methods, techniques and tools. Rossella Gambetti and Silvia Biraghi have partnered with the ESOMAR Italian representatives, in particular with Marcello Sasso, Giulia Fabrizi, Alberto Stracuzzi. These annual events have involved the presidents of ESOMAR, Kristin Luck and Ray Poynter.
